The Caddy SM-10 and SM-10-10 are constructed of all 304 SS. They are powered by a variable speed DC motor for years of long lasting power. The food grade PVC belt can handle direct contact with food and is tough enough for plates and trays. There is a built-in crumb catcher for clean plating and/or food assembly. Options include: heavy duty casters, power raceway, steamtables, frost tops, over shelf, heat lamps, foldable work shelves, belt covers, storage shelves, plate/tray limit switch. Any custom length is available and can be built into a chef counter. When it comes to banqueting and tray/plate make-up, think Caddy!
